In 1986, Ron and Flossie Dunning founded CSI Corporation for the purpose of helping businesses in the U.S. and Canada improve their level of customer satisfaction and their rate of repeat and referral business. A visionary entrepreneur, Ron recognized that businesses needed a system that would set them apart from the competition, provide customer feedback to correct problems before they got out of hand, and generate incremental business from satisfied customers. The Business Model Long before the term Relationship Marketing became fashionable, the CSI Corporation developed a business model based on timely, personalized, and relevant communications between our clients and their customers over the long-term using a variety of products and contact methods. Latest Developments In 1997, the OCT Group was formed to meet the needs of a marketplace changing its focus from satisfaction measurement to loyalty development through relationship marketing. A wholly owned division of the CSI Corporation, the OCT Group helps clients build rewarding relationships One Customer at a Time (OCT). In 2001, On Target Promo was created to meet the growing demand for promotional products. To satisfy our client's marketing needs, On Target Promo was formed to offer a full range of marketing products and ideas. On Target Promo is also a wholly owned division of CSI Corporation.
